Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in sauce pan.
  2. Bring to boil at med-high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. 12 minutes or until cranberries pop.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in orange rind and pecans.
  6. Stir in mandarin oranges-optional.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Serve chilled or room temperature.
