Ingredients:

  • 2 bags of cranberries
  • 2 oranges (sweet and juicy are best)
  • 1 pear
  • just a little fresh ginger to taste
  • 2 cups sugar (adjust to taste depending on how sweet your oranges were)

Directions:

  1. Wash the cranberries, place in food processor till about the texture of relish..
  2. Cut oranges up and seed.. leave peel on..
  3. Peel and core apples, cut up..
  4. Peel and core pear
  5. Peel a little fresh ginger and grate into the processor
  6. Place all into the processor and relish them up.
  7. Add sugar, process and taste.. add more if it needs it..
  8. Let stand for an hour or so in refrigerator..
  9. Enjoy..
