Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 2 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1 3/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 cup of craisins or raisins or mix of both

Directions:

  1. 1. Place the first 8 ingredients in the bread machine pan according to manfacturers instructions and select the basic bread setting. Bake according to bread machine instructions and just before kneading cycle add the fruit.
