Cranberry-Orange Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 oz) packages fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange , zest of, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a saucepan over medium heat and simmer until the cranberries burst and hte sauce thickens, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Cool and refrigerate.
  3. Remove the cinnamon stick before serving.
