Cranberry-Orange Sauce

Thick cranberry sauce with orange
Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages fresh cranberries or 2 (8 ounce) packages frozen cranberries
1 orange, zest of, cut into strips
1/2 cup sugar
1 cinnamon stick
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into a saucepan over medium heat and simmer until the cranberries burst and hte sauce thickens, about 15 to 20 minutes.
2. Cool and refrigerate.
3. Remove the cinnamon stick before serving.
