Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line the bottom and sides of 8 x 8-inch pan with plastic wrap.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine chocolate chips and corn syrup in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat until melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat
  5. . Add powdered sugar, evaporated milk and vanilla; stir vigorously until the mixture is thick and glossy.
  6. Add sweetened dried cranberries and nuts; mix well.
  7. Pour into prepared pan.
  8. Cover and chill until firm, about 8 hours.
  9. Cut into 1-1/2-inch squares.
  10. Store covered in refrigerator.
  11. Serve at room temperature.
  12. Makes about 25 pieces
