Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar (the other 1/2 cup is for later), vanilla, and butter in a large mixing bowl. Beat till mixed and fluffy.
  3. Add the salt, flour, and pecans to the mixture till it forms a dough.
  4. Shape into 1 inch balls and put on an ungreased cookie sheet about one inch from each other.
  5. Bake for about 15 to 20 minute They should not brown. But they will be set.
  6. Let them cool SLIGHTLY then roll them in the other 1/2 cup of powder sugar you put aside.
  7. Let them finish cooling then roll them one more time in the powder sugar.
  8. Your done! Enjoy.
