Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Grease bottom and sides of an 8 x8 inch baking dish.
  3. For the filling, in a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar and orange zest. Add the apples and cranberries and toss to coat. Pour into prepared baking dish.
  4. For the topping, in a medium bowl, add all topping ingredients except the butter and mix well.
  5. With a fork or wooden spoon, work in the butter until well incorporated. The mixture will be loose and crumbly. Evenly sprinkle the topping mixture over the apples and cranberries.
  6. Bake about 30 min. or until the topping is golden brown, the apples are tender when pierced with a fork and the cranberries have burst.
  7. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and/or whipped cream.
