Craisin Oatmeal Cookies With Splenda

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup white flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup craisins

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Using electric mixer, beat butter and sugar and splenda together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs, mixing well.
  4. In seperate bowl, combine oats, flours, baking soda and salt.
  5. Add to butter mixture in several additions, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Add Craisins and stir.
  7. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  8. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Cool on wire rack.
