  1. In a medium sized sauce pan, over medium heat, warm up the horseradish,salt, pepper and wine. Stir in the cream cheese a little bit at a time, until it begins to appear smooth. Chop the crab into small pieces and combine with the warm horseradish/cheese mixture. Spoon into a microwaveable or ovenable crock. Reheat just before serving and garnish with green onions, if desired.
