Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil water in a large stock pot
  2. Mix in cajun crab boil (read instructions on package)
  3. Boil frozen crab legs 5 min
  4. Remove from heat and let stand 20 minutes.
  5. While it stands, heat cast iron skillet to medium
  6. Saute onions, peppers in skillet until onions are transparent
  7. Add 1/2 of the garlic, cokk for 5 more minutes, then remove from heat.
  8. Let the mix cool.
  9. Strain crab legs and remove meat when cool enough to handle
  10. Shread the meat with your hands
  11. Add cooled onion/pepper mix to crab meat, and mix with hands
  12. Add cheeze, and mix more
  13. Lay out wonton wrappers on sheet and spoon tbsp of mix into middle of wonton wrapper
  14. Brush beaten eggs lightly on perimiter edges of wonton wrapper for your glue
  15. Press corners of wrapper up and pinch together
  16. Make sure to leave outer corners unpinched to let air out later
  17. Heat vegetable oil to 400 degrees
  18. Set wonton aside and let's make the thai sauce
  19. THAI SAUCE...
  20. Boil sugar add water in small pot
  21. Add vineger, ketchup, corn starch, the rest of the garlic, and red pepper and mix well.
  22. Let sauce cool, then serve on side of wontons
  23. Fry wontons until light brown and let let strain 1 minute before serving
  24. Enjoy!
