Directions:

  1. Shred surimi.
  2. Beat cream cheese,sour cream and mayonnaise together.
  3. Add surimi and scallions and mix well.
  4. Stir in BBQ sauce and lemon juice.
  5. Refrigerate for at leaset an hour for flavors to blend.
  6. Serve with crackers.
