  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumber, imitation crab, cherry tomatoes, and green onions.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, and mix with a wire whisk.
  3. Stir the sour cream mixture into the the large bowl with the cucumber...............
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours, until totally chilled
  5. Serve with Meat off the grill, and chili beans
