Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sweet relish
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 5 dash(es) tabasco
  • 1/4 tsp cajun-creole seasoning
  • couple dash(es) tabasco or hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • couple dash(es) worchestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp cajun-creole seasoning
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1/4 cup green onon finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. The first 7 ingredients are for the creole tartar sauce. Mix and set aside. For the crab cakes add the remaining ingredients and mix with hands in a bowl. Make individual crab cakes and set aside. heat 1/2 cup of peanut oil on med-hi heat. Dust crab cakes with flour and cook 4 minutes each side. Enjoy!
