Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
1 tablespoon(s) sweet relish
1 tablespoon(s) capers
1 teaspoon(s) creole mustard
1/8 cup(s) chopped olives
5 dash(es) tabasco
1/4 teaspoon(s) cajun-creole seasoning
1/3 cup(s) ritz crackers crumbled
couple dash(es) tabasco or hot sauce
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
couple dash(es) worchestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon(s) cajun-creole seasoning
1/4 cup(s) diced red pepper
1/4 cup(s) finely chopped onion
1 large egg lightly beaten
1/4 cup(s) fresh parsley
1 pound(s) crab meat
1/4 cup(s) green onon finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
Directions:
1. The first 7 ingredients are for the creole tartar sauce. Mix and set aside. For the crab cakes add the remaining ingredients and mix with hands in a bowl. Make individual crab cakes and set aside. heat 1/2 cup of peanut oil on med-hi heat. Dust crab cakes with flour and cook 4 minutes each side. Enjoy!
