Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil to 350*.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine yolk, mayo., Worcetershire sauce, lemon juice and all dry seasonings.
  3. Fold in bread crumbs and parsley.
  4. Gently fold in crab meat.
  5. Form into individual cakes and lightly dust with flour.
  6. Fry in hot oil until golden.
