Ingredients:

  • 85 g crab
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp bell pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp cheese

Directions:

  1. Brush the sandwich toaster with a little sunflower oil, wiping off the excess with kitchen paper. Preheat the sandwich toaster to its highest setting.
  2. In a bowl, combine the crab, lemon, peppers, mayonnaise, cheese, and seasoning.
  3. Trim the tortilla to approximately 25cm by 13cm. Fold it in half to form a square roughly the same size as the base of your sandwich toaster. Unfold. Spread one side of the tortilla rectangle with the crab mixture leaving a 1cm clear margin around the edge. Brush the rim of the tortilla with water and carefully fold it over and press the edges together to seal.
  4. Place the sandwich carefully in the toaster, slowly close the lid, and cook for 4 minutes until browned.
