Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Sift flour and salt together, set aside.
  2. Beat eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla together.
  3. Add cottage cheese and beat until smooth.
  4. Combine with flour and cook as usual in your waffle iron.
