Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup rye flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil , such as wesson
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Combine wet ingredients.
  3. Mix all.
  4. Bake in greased muffin tins at 400F for 20 minutes.
