Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix butter, cream cheese and flour
  2. Shape into balls with lightly floured hands – walnut size (1” to 11/2“). If too sticky, add flour
  3. Shape pastry crust with finger or tool
  4. For the filling, combine eggs, vanilla and brown sugar
  5. Fill tarts 3/4 full
  6. Sprinkle with chopped pecans
  7. Bake at 350º for about 25 minutes
  8. While still warm, loosen with a pointed knife and flip out.
