Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt broken candy bars, and unsweetened chocolate in double boiler with wax.
  2. Stirring carefully.
  3. When all melted, mix into the 10 cups of cereal, completely coating.
  4. Either spoon onto cookie sheets, or put into large jelly roll pan, lined with waxed paper.
  5. Put in refrigerator, or freezer til firm.
  6. Break up into pieces (if in pan).
  7. Store in containers.
  8. This does not have to be refrigerated once set.
  9. I received this recipe from the diabetic association.
  10. Low fat and calories. you may want to add more chocolate if you add more ingredients.
