Directions:

  1. Days before tear bread and crumble corn bread and mix. Let dry and mix daily.
  2. Day of making dressing: Melt butter and cook celery and onion until soft. Add seasonings to the bread mixture and mix well. Add cooked butter, celery and onion and mix well. Add can of broth to moisten the bread. Stuff turkey or chicken and cook per directions on turkey. If wanted put dressing in baking dish, add more broth, cover and cook in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until sides of dish are just browning and stuffing is hot in center. Serve.
