Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 1/2 oz) box jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can creamed corn
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F and lightly grease an 8 square pan.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Let it sit for 5 minutes; pour into prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bread tests done.
