Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 (16 oz) can creamed corn
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup soda cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. In a double boiler heat the milk.
  2. Mix the 1/2 cup butter with the flour, then add to the hot milk.
  3. When thickened, add the corn, salt and sugar.
  4. Blend well.
  5. Put in a greased casserole sprinkle with cracker crumbs and dot the butter on top.
  6. Bake at 350 until browned and heated through.
  7. About 20 Minutes.
