Ingredients:

  • 1 ( 10oz ) package frozen corn
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cor5n st5arch
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/3 cup cold water
  • 2 tbsp finely chop celery
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard

Directions:

  1. Cook corn according to package directions, drain
  2. In a saucepan mix sugar and cornstarch: stir vinegar and water
  3. Add corn, celery,green pepper,pimiento,onion,turmeric and dry mustard
  4. Cook and stir until thickened, 3 to 4 minutes
  5. Cover, chill thoroughly.
  6. Make 2 cups
