Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup sifted flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp crisco

Directions:

  1. Combine egg and milk. Beat well.
  2. Add dry ingredients and then corn.
  3. Heat Crisco in a fry pan. Drop batter by tablespoons into Crisco.
  4. Fry lightly then remove and drain on paper towel.
