Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Lightly grease muffin tins
  3. Stir together the cornbread mix and the brown sugar
  4. Whisk the eggs and milk until smooth
  5. Fold the egg mixture and cheese into the dry mixture until moistened
  6. Spoon mixture into muffin tins until 2/3 full
  7. Add 1 hot dog half to each muffin
  8. Bake 14 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown
