Ingredients:

  1. Fry chopped bacon on medium high heat, after a few minutes add onion, celery, pepper, and fry for a few more minutes. Transfer ingredients to stock pot turn down to medium low heat.
  2. Add 2 cups of water and potatoes and let simmer until potatoes are almost cooked through. 15-20 minutes.
  3. Add evaporated milk, and one more cup of water. You can use the evaporated milk can to add the water with. Simmer for 15-20 more minutes. While simmering salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
