Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can corn, not drained
  • 1 (15 oz) can creamed corn
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz) box jiffy corn muffin mix , do not follow directions on the box

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F .
  2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into 2 quart casserole dish.
  3. Bake for 1 hour.
