Cooked Waldorf Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 8 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 dash salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
  3. Pour over your favorite waldorf salad and chill for at least an hour.
