Ingredients:

  • 5 or 6 golden delicous apples
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Peel and core the apples and cut into chuncks.
  2. Mix all in a heavy saucepan.
  3. Cook stiring often to prevent sticking.
  4. Cook until apples are tender and liquid is absorbed.
