Ingredients:

  • 2 cups white flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shortening (preferably fluffo for best results , this is what my grandmother always uses.)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Directions:

  1. For double crust:.
  2. Bake 425 degrees for 40 minutes.
  3. Single crusts:.
  4. 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
