Community Nurse Macaroni and Cheese from Mama Dip's In Chapel Hill

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dry milk
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 box(es) (16 oz) elbow macaroni prepared as directed
  • 1/2 cup bread or cracker crumbs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix together the first eight ingredients in a big bowl. Stir in the macaroni and pour into 1 and 1/2 quart baking dish. Top with bread or cracker crumbs. Bake for 45 minutes.
