Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place beans and peppers in a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Top with tomatoes, cheese and zucchini.
  2. In a bowl, combine biscuit mix, salt, cayenne, eggs, and milk just until moistened. Pour over vegetables
  3. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until puffed and a knife inserted ner the center comes out clean.
  4. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving
