Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Directions:

  1. Wash the celery and cut into 1 inch lengths.
  2. Put into a large pan, cover with cold water and bring to the boil, drain and immediately cover with water.
  3. Chill completely under cold running water.
  4. Drain.
  5. Add the salt, soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil.
  6. Mix well and serve chilled.
