Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk, cold (whole , 2%, or skim, whatever you prefer)
  • 2 heaping tbsp instant vanilla pudding
  • 1-3 tsp of sugar , depending on how sweet you like your coffee
  • 2 cups of ice cubes (add more if you want a thicker smoothie)

Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to the blender and blend until no ice chunks remain. Done!
  2. Ideas you could add:
  3. Half a frozen banana (this will thicken the smoothie up even further)
  4. 2 Tablespoons of chocolate syrup
  5. A dash of ground cinnamon
  6. 1 teaspoon instant coffee (for super coffee flavor)
  7. 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  8. 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
  9. Whipped cream on top!
