Ingredients:

  • 1 cup espresso
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp grand marnier
  • 1 -1 1/2 cup cracked ice
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Process the espresso, confectioners' sugar, cream and Grand Marnier in a blender for 30 seconds. Add the ice gradually, blending on High constantly. Blend until thick, smooth and creamy.
  2. Spoon into stemmed glasses and top with a dollop of whipped cream and candied orange peel.
  3. Serve immediately.
