Ingredients:

  • 4 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup rum (or 1/2 cup water plus 1 tsp. extract)

Directions:

  1. Combine crumbs, coconut and nuts in a bowl.
  2. Stir in condensed milk and rum and mix well.
  3. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar.
  4. Cover tightly and store in refrigerator at least 24 hours, or up to several weeks.
  5. Roll in powdered sugar again just before serving.
