Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 tsp golden syrup
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp water

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients
  2. Melt butter with syrup then add to dry ingredients
  3. Add boiling water and baking soda
  4. Mix quickly
  5. Bake at 375F for 10-15 minutes
