Coconut Krispies Ice Cream Bars

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt margarine and brown sugar together over low heat, stirring often.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add Rice Krispies and coconut to mixture; stir until cereal is evenly coated.
  4. Place 1/2 of the mixture in the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan.
  5. Spread ice cream over mixture in the pan.
  6. Place the remaining 1/2 of the mixture on top of the ice cream.
  7. Cover and freeze until serving.
  8. When serving cut into 12 pieces and top with chocolate syrup.
