Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter, soft
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 2 tbsp butter, soft
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Mix butter and cream cheese in large bowl. Stir in remaining cookie ingredients.
  3. Pat 1 ball of dough in bottom and up side of each of 24 small ungreased muffin cups (1-3/4 x 1 ).
  4. Prepare filling by mixing all ingredients. Spoon about 2t filling into each cup. Bake 18-20 min or till almost no indent remains when filling is.
  5. Touched lightly.
  6. Cool slightly. Remove carefully from muffin cups.
