Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup coconut

Directions:

  1. Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
