Ingredients:

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Put first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Stir in coconut. Beat eggs with a fork in a
  2. Separate bowl, add milk. Add to dry ingredients. Roll and cut to desired thickness.
  3. Bake at 350 approx 20 minutes.
