Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped nuts -- (pecans are great!)

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir ingredients together until well-mixed.
  2. Prepare a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 - 45 minutes.

  5. To freeze for later use, wrap cooled brownies, UNcut, tightly in freezer wrap or foil; label and freeze for up to 3 months.
