Directions:

  1. In food processor, finely grind Lime and Orange.
  2. Place remaining ingreds. in large bowl.
  3. Add citrus and stir well to blend.
  4. Chill at least 1 hour.
  5. Serve over or in your favourite salad OR
  6. As a Dip for fruit, cake cubes,cookies, veggies...
  7. Use your imagination.
  8. Refrigerate in a sealed container.
  9. Keeps for 3 weeks. lol
