Ingredients:

  • 2 (11 oz) cans mandarin oranges
  • 3 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz) package instant pistachio pudding mix (1-2 package.)
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded coconut
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix together well and chill one hour before serving. Garnish with maraschino cherries, if desired.
