Ingredients:

  • 2 (6 oz) cans mandarin oranges
  • 1 (16 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (16 oz) can chunk pineapple
  • 12 oz whipped cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 3 eggs

Directions:

  1. Drain fruit keeping juice from crushed pineapple.
  2. Combine pineapple juice with sugar and flour.
  3. Beat eggs and add to juice mixture. Cook on stove at medium heat until it thickens like a pudding.
  4. Combine fruit and acini macaroni in bowl.
  5. Add cooled juice mixture and make an even layer of it on top of fruit and macaroni mixture.
  6. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  7. Just before serving put the whipped cream on top of salad.
