Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 eggs
  • pinch salt

Directions:

  1. As told to me by Grandmother Hume
  2. With noodles the dough will be dry -
  3. Mix flour and egg until no more flour can be used
  4. The dough will be stiff
  5. Roll out thin and cut into strips
  6. Dry a day
  7. Drop in boiling broth till done
