Ingredients:

  • 21/2 cups flour
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix flour n salt in large bowl, make a well in the center n add eggs, mix well. Mixing with your hands will speed the mixing up.
  2. After all is mixed, dump out on well floured table, n start to pat flat, then roll till a paper thin sheet. Let dry for couple hours . Cut dough into2 strips, stack them on top of each other, n slice very very thing to make your noodles. Seperate you noodles n allow to dry.
  3. For Pot Pie, cut in in strips then cut in small squares.
  4. You can use this fresh or freeze for up to 6 weeks.
  5. To cook: Bring your favorite broth to a boil add noodles n cook till tender. Pot pie is cooked the same way. This is very good with some shredded chicken added to the broth, or great beef n noodles.
