Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and process for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Transfer puree to a 13-in. x 9-in. dish. Cover and freeze for 45 minutes or until edges begin to firm; stir.
  2. Freeze 2 hours longer or until firm. Just before serving, transfer to a blender; cover and process for 2-3 minutes or until smooth. Yield: 2 cups.
